Save the Date! The Parkinson’s pickleball group is organizing a Welcome the New Year Potluck Party for Saturday January 10th 2026, at the Boulders on the Green clubhouse, 3581 Sedona Hills Pkwy. The party will begin at 2pm, the main gate opens at 1:30. Use the main entrance off Sonoma Ranch Blvd., the clubhouse will be on your right as you enter.
All members, family and Care partners are welcome; come socialize, play cornhole or board games and share food!

Both our Parkinson’s Exercise Class, led by Medical Exercise Specialist, Carol Witham, and our Rock Steady Boxing Class, led by Gerry Burgos, will be cancelled Wednesday, December 24, and Wednesday December 31 due to the holidays.
Both classes will meet on Monday December 22 and Monday December 29. Boxing will meet on Friday, January 2nd. We will return to our normal schedule Monday January 5, 2026.

No pickleball on December 25; we may meet on January 1st. If Meerscheidt is closed and the weather is good we may meet at Apodaca Park.
We are having a Cookie Exchange at our December 16, 2025 Parkinson’s Support Group meeting. Attached is a flier with all the details.
Cookie Exchange 2025The Rock Steady Boxing class scheduled for Monday November 24 is cancelled due to a tournament this weekend. We will have a make-up class Wednesday November 26 instead of the regular Wednesday open gym. There will be no class Friday as the gym will be closed for the holiday; a make-up class for Friday will be on Wednesday December 3.
Our Parkinson’s Exercise Class, led by Medical Exercise Specialist, Carol Witham, is cancelled Wednesday, November 26, due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Classes willl resume on Monday December 1 at 10 a.m. as usual.
