Rock Steady Boxing class scheduled for  Monday September 1 is cancelled due to the Labor Day holiday. We will have a make-up class September 3rd instead of the regular Wednesday open gym.

Rock Steady Boxing class scheduled for  Monday July 28 is cancelled. We will have a make-up class July 30 instead of the regular Wednesday open gym.

Carol’s class, New Pathways for Parkinsons, scheduled for Monday, July 14 and Wedneday July 16  are Cancelled for a well-deserved vacation trip. Class will resume on July 21, 2025.

Pickleball will start at 1pm this week -Thursday June 19. we will returnto our regular 12:30 start time next week.

Erika Kelley is continuing to teach us to Line dance at the Borderland Cheer Gym We will meet May 13 & 27, at 1:00-2:00 pm. The gym is located at 6361 Weisner Road, Las Cruces, NM.  We’ve been learning to dance to Boots on the Ground, the Cowboy Hustle and Bootskoot Boogie.
