Stress Busting Program for Family Caregivers
Stress Busting Program for Family Caregivers is back! The next class begins January 7, 2025 at 12:30 MT. Only one time slot is offered for this 9 week on-line program. If you are interested in participating but do not have internet access, let’s find you a local team member that does have internet access (contact Sarah).

Holiday Cancellations for Carol’s class
We will not have class on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, 11/27/2024
Class is also cancelled on Wednesday, December 25th, 2024, and for the week between Christmas and New Years. Class will resume January 6th, 2025.

Rock Steady Boxing
The Rock Steady Boxing class scheduled for Friday, November 29, 2024 is Cancelled for the Thaksgiving holiday. We will have a regular class instead during the free exercise period, Wednesday, November 27!

Pickleball schedule update
It was pretty chilly this morning. We will meet at 12:15 on Thursdays this coming month.
Pickleball instruction and practice will be at Apodaca Park 12:15- 2:30 p.m. on courts 3 & 4 during November & December.
